Ivan Michael D. Encarnacion

I am undergraduate of Business Administration Major in Financial Management in Adamson University, Manila. Way back 2 years ago my BPO experience started. I work as a Outbound Call Center Agent in a Investment company. It was fun and interesting and most especially I'm glad that I am one of their top agent every month. However due to changing of their line of business, I decided to render and leave the company. But I did not stop for that, I really admire and enjoy taking to different of people so I continued to be a Customer Service Representative in other company handling Amazon Account.
