I have 4 years BPO experience and was given an opportunity to be the Account Supervisor (Email/Chat Support) ; where my duties start from taking customer concerns and issues, management of a Customer Support Team and spreads to recruitment.
Scope of work also includes Data Entry, Market Research and produce Technical documentation and transcripts of Online Videos, tutorial and blogs.My achievements range from setting up effective administrative systems (HRIS) to people management and complete office management. In short, I will bring efficiency, reliability and accuracy.
