I attend client meetings and analyze business process

Conduct weekly client meetings to provide system updates

Demonstrate to clients the comprehensive functionality of the entire system

Lead 2-3 people, assign task and manage all projects

Analyze and create solutions to meet client's requirements

Technical support to clients in person and remotely

Consistently provide prompt problem-solving solutions whenever clients reach out for assistance 

Monitoring and follow-up tasks assigned to the programmers

Review and executes the test procedure

Detect, log and report bugs problem and helps to resolve them

Utilize the system to encode the data

Document entry, scanning and email documents
