I am an experienced and hardworking individual for over three years.
My experience includes outbound calls, chat support and email support, billing and technical consultant, and sales and retention.
With email and chat support I was able to use the following system: Outlook, Zendesk, Instagram, and Tawk. Working with emails, I am able to send 10-15 emails in an hour and able to cater to 5-8 customers at the same in a chat.
Making use of Google Sheet, there I usually consolidate orders from Shopify and send these orders to Suppliers via Wechat, trace the invoices and add up customer concerns.
More importantly, I'm a flexible person, I easily learn when trained, I easily adapt to changes easily when it comes to the company's policy and rules. I always make sure to give my best shot in everything that I do to keep me going in the business.
