I have over 15 years of work experience with ICT and the software industry. My recent roles involve Project Management and coordination, in particular the UI/UX aspects of content web platforms and content management systems (CMS) and HRIS. Prior to this I was mainly in Sales Operations and Renewals Account Management where I acquired negotiation skills, partner / client relationship management and stakeholder management skills. I am comfortable working at both small-to-medium businesses and multinational corporations.
Certified in Jira Essentials | Jira Administration with Agile Methodologies. My recent Agile experiences include both Scrum and Kanban for CWP and HRIS project implementation timeline and deliverables.
Solid foundational knowledge of computer networks, infrastructures, cloud computing (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), cybersecurity and programming languages.
Leveraged on my IT & cybersecurity background when handling ICT projects and helping stakeholders resolve technical issues and pain points. With some help from my then Reporting Manager, I learned the ropes from scratch and reduced cancellation subscriptions from existing Symantec/ Messagelabs Email Cloud end-users to below 10% at my first quarter KPI. My responsibilities subsequently expanded to include contract negotiation, multi-year licensing subscriptions, Enterprise deals and additional territory and stakeholder management.
Having just acquired my Computer Forensics Diploma from the Kaplan Higher Education Institute, I will be heading over to Perth, Australia for the completion of my Bachelors in Computer Science program at Murdoch University on scholarship.
