My over 6 years of experience in BPO settings both voice, non-voice (chat/email), customer service and sales had taught and brought me a lot of learning experiences in handling dynamic changes both in workplace and personal life. I am efficient, risk-taker, independent, fast learner and with an eye of perfection.

I have been doing supervisory role for more than 5 years and been consistently meeting required goals, in fact, have been named as top Team lead for 2 consecutive quarters. My role requires rigid and real time coaching and development, conceptualizing action plans tailored fit to learning styles and competencies and monitoring of individual and team statistics. This also entails performance data collection and interpretation.

My Medical Nursing background also gives me knowledge and expertise on medical translation/transcription and writing.
