I have been in the financing industry specific to Collections since 2020. The experience includes local bank collections.The experience working with different LOBs have given me the skills necessary for my work. Through the years, I have learned to negotiate with clients, effectively convince them to pay on time, give solutions, set expectations, establish urgency of agreements, explain the consequences of non-payment and the advantages of paying on time.
