Hi! I am Jade.

Iam both an experienced online seller/entrepreneur and a licensed teacher.

Being able to sell varied products online since 2019 allowed me to gain knowledge and experience in digital or online marketing as well as learn effective ways to make/increase online sales. Furthermore, I was able to develop product presentation skills which means I do well in communicating product benefits to customers and matching these benefits to their needs thus making more online sales. I do this mostly through various channels such as phone calls, social media accounts and direct messages.

In addition to these, I am capable of providing real-time and excellent customer service by means of excellent communication and negotiation. Selling online definitely allowed me to develop my interpersonal skills thus being able to build rapport with customers I deal with. I am highly persuasive, flexible, adaptable and capable of learning new product knowledge as well.

Moreover, my experience as a teacher allowed me to acquire project and time management skills as well as excellent communication skills. I was able to teach both online and in classrooms. In teaching online, we utilize various learning systems which further improved my computer literacy.

I do believe that all these skills I gained through my previous jobs are sufficient and useful in becoming a Customer Service/Sales Representative. All these would also help me work efficiently and improve workflow as well.
