Understanding that there is no need to reinvent the wheel, I understand that one should not look at the wheel but what is actually needed for the wheel to turn better, faster or more efficiently.

For me, life is about silver linings and lemonades. You will always have clouds and lemons but what you do about it or with it is the difference between success, achieving goals and finding happiness than not. It is all about the way you look at anything and everything.

I believe in the power of one. It's a mighty number with endless possibilities. It takes one person, one action, to set off a whole chain of events. No one is an island and no one is all and everything but the humble one affects one and all.

Injustices upsets me the most. I try and make a difference by treating others I wish to be treated. Giving a smile, a kind word or doing something to help set matters right again. I find that there is more right in the world by doing this. Psychology says that this type of behaviour is driven by selfishness. If that is true, this type of selfish behaviour is the one that brings hope and joy to many. This is one selfish behaviour that should be a social norm.

I am also a strong believer in quality, especially quality service. This ties back to the power of one , a strong need for justice and treating others as you want to be treated. Business who value their customers will bring more customers which brings more satisfied customers. This then brings in the money. Businesses that only focuses on the end result and forgets who actually gets then there breeds failure and anger. The strongest businesses believe and practice quality from products to services to how they treat their staff all in the aim to have positive word of mouth and repeat business. Many people love month to month contracts as it keeps the business on their toes and aiming to satisfy their clients month on month.
