I am familiar with remote support using LogMeIn, Teamviewer to repair PCs remotely. I was the Operation Manager of a local company Digisoft Computer Services and manager of Ink Solutions thereafter. Working with others has certainly helped me in being part of a team, taking the time to listen and learn has been of great benefit to me.
I developed a love for helping clients by using LogMeIn, thereby I am able to troubleshoot and repair PCs remotely. One of the things that I recommended to clients was cloning their OS in that way drivers and software can be installed within minutes and can save time and money in the long run.
Networking I have grown to love, setting up clients network and troubleshooting can be difficult at times but I learn more and more every time, I was thereby moved to do the Network + Certification exam.
An important quality that I learn is honesty. One might be very skilled but if they are not honest then of what value can you be to a business, so I value a quality as honesty.
