Hello, my name is Jai, Virtual Assistant, Graphic and Web Designer, and Content Creator. For a prospering eCommerce business, reputation is most imperative. As an aspirational, I find companies that take meticulous and deliberate steps to ensure their image is untarnished are the ones that reach the top and stay there. While I agree that it is lofty and ambitious, I also believe that there is simply no other way to proceed. A negative experience truncates ten positive ones. With this as the core value, someone like me, who is results-oriented, can implement strategies without sacrificing the quality of a company's products and its name. I aim to ensure that companies or businesses I provide assistance for become and remain respected in every household or customer they serve. No cutting corners. No sacrificing quality. And, most of all, guarantees each client or customer gets their money's worth. A true hallmark of an elite in its field.

As a graphic designer, I have spent seven years managing and designing for an apparel business. These include but are not limited to, creating logos for company clients, slogans for movement, statement shirts, and holiday-themed designs (e.g. Valentines, Christmas, etc.). Years that honed my accuracy and attention to detail. Since I've also run this business, I have learned to work without any management style including without supervision other than my own.

While taking a course in Front-End Web design and being involved in several websites for small businesses in the past year, the amount of effort and time it takes to create a fully functioning and aesthetically pleasing website is immense, Therefore an efficient and organized approach to each project has become the backbone of this line of work.

I have been with three BPOs right after college working as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support. The years I've spent with these companies has served to cultivate my excellent communications skill making conversing and tackling strategies smooth regardless of the language barrier. As I look back on this particular experience, it instilled in me that great dedication to customer service is one of the keys to achieving a brand that is top of the line yet is ultimately humane.

As for Content Writing, I took up Journalism in college. Learning to capture the moment with brevity and precise description is second to none. I write with facts, objectivity, and conciseness that customers will find informative and time-efficient.
