A. Based on the demand forecast from marketing team, optimize inventory by regular check
of inventory, ROL and purchase by implementing EOQ.
B. Plan work flow and schedules for production departments. Identify delays and accordingly
manage schedules to meet deadlines.
C. Continuous evaluation of vendors based on their capacity by conducting on site vendor
evaluation, rejection rate, quality, on time delivery and cost of supply.

A. Work closely with senior management to plan, develop and execute future projects that
will visibly be taking Grab to the next level.
B. Provide inputs to develop relevant policies, procedures, and work tools to support new or
updated business processes.
C. Rolled out Total Quality Management system across manufacturing, maintenance and
quality division. Maintain records and conduct review meeting to ensure ISO/Quality

on drawings versus practical requirement on machine.

A. Calculating ROI for particular machine of their interest (provided input data for ongoing
machines/techniques to be replaced, given from customer).
B. Scheduling machine installation along with our business partner Nordson at customers
place.
C. Coordinate with marketing team and service engineers to provide smooth spares supply
chain and service to enhance customer satisfaction.
D. To maintain customer feedback records and technical field issues in the products.
E. Conduct trial runs and give technical support at customer site.

It’s a new venture focused on the manufacturing machines for end of the line packaging, my
duties involves development of new products and streamlining the production of the
products. In my journey I have gained experience in various departments and activates such

I. Production Planning:
A. Inventory Management by Setting ROL according to EOQ based on the demand.
B. Implementation of various documents like- Job Card, Production report, Inspection
report, Production planning chart and dispatch Schedules.
