My experiences are Administrative Assistant, Data Encoder, and Email Support. I enter data from the received documents for recording, input in excel and word from the documents using format of the company, file management in computer, keeping records, and doing other errand/clerical tasks assigned (photocopy etc). I also do internet research for needed information. When I was an email support, we answer queries through emails. I check their submissions and email them if they need to revise. It usually because they did not follow the standard format or wrong naming of the titles. I use the excel standard format that every employee follows used by the company for the monthly report of the articles received. I also recently finished freelancing course from FVA-Business Consultancy in where I become familiar with Transcription, Social Media, SEO, Lead Generation, and basic design through Canva and basic website design and online writing.
