My name is James Scott D. Real I'm 30 years old I am married with 2 sons. My experience as a Customer Service for only 3 months was great! I only work for 3 months because it is only a contract but for me, it was a great experience because I've met many clients with different attitudes. My skills are I can work in a flexible time, I am a hard-working person willing to be trained, I can work with less supervision, great communication skills, I have Empathy for all customers and can work under pressure, I am competent and diligent. My strengths are my skills and my family. My weaknesses are that when a customer is rude that makes me angry but as a customer representative agent, we are trained to answer them politely and be professional and give them the satisfaction of our service. If given a chance to be in your company, I will do my very best on my job, the best of my knowledge and skills to be productive at all times.
