James Stacey

Most of my work experience has been in the fields of customer service, hospitality, travel/tourism and English teaching.

Within the customer service and hospitality industries I have worked in very busy venues, dealing with a large flow of customers and guests face to face, over the phone and via email. I pride myself on ensuring anyone I deal with has a positive experience. 

My most recent work has been in the travel industry, providing customer support & administrative tasks for an educational travel company for high school groups.

I have also taught English as a Second Language to various age groups in classrooms, private homes and over the internet and have TEFL certification, having specialised in conversational English and pronunciation.

I've recently relocated from Australia to the Philippines to reunite with my fiancee and daughter and am seeking long term remote employment.

I am looking for opportunities to provide excellent customer service, help with English language learning or others, such as writing and all round administrative/VA type roles.
