Successfully collaborated with 3 other classmates to create a fictitious company (MIRROR) that revolved around water
education and conservation.
Project consisted of a creative brief, logo/wordmark, color palettes, typefaces, website, artifact (product), and ripple story
(impact map).
Wrote most of the content featured in Mirror’s style guide, including the creative brief, website copy, and ripple story
(impact map).
Final version of project was submitted to the student work category of Communication Art Magazine’s 2018 Advertising
Competition.
Calling Intention Poster SJSU 2018

Designed poster and seasonal calendar that represented my calling intention in life: “How can I design meaningful connections
with all living beings to unlock our passions and move into happiness?”
Used various colored origami strips and photoshop to create a puzzle of interactions and connections by overlapping and
repeating the strip patterns.
Experimented with typography to complete a heart shape made by the origami strips, representing passion and happiness.
Orihon Booklet SJSU 2018

Created orihon style booklet that visually represented a classmate’s outlook on life and views on water.
Interviewed a classmate about his hobbies, interests, and water-related experiences.
Experimented with origami paper in booklet design to reflect classmate’s affinity for Japanese aesthetic.
Utilized Illustrator and Photoshop to visualize classmate’s interview answers into abstract illustrations, experimenting
with clipping masks, dynamic use of line, and negative space.
