I started as a private English tutor in 2006. After 2 years, I left my teaching career in 2008 to finish my Nursing degree in 2010. After graduating, I worked as a Technical Support Representative for an Australian based Telco Company where I resolved internet-related concerns over the phone and email. After over 8 years of working as a Tech Support, I decided to shift careers and worked as a Provider Service Advocate for Optum/United Health Group where I handled benefits and claims inquiries, submission of procedure approval or intake as well as appeals submission. Pandemic hit and after 2 years of working for United Health Group, I decided to find an opportunity where there is flexibility to work from home and found CareLinx by ShareCare in 2021. I started as a Nurse on Demand Recruiter then became part of the pioneer team of CareLinx by Bright Horizons as a Caregiver Recruiter.
