As a Sales Consultant and Executive of an automotive firm, these are my roles:
- Sales and Lead Generalist - finding clients through different strategies and organize them into the sales funnel
- Online Marketing - using platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Facebook personal page, and company page, Autodeal, and many more.
- Product Purchase Processing - accomplishing application forms from the clients, receiving bank documents and other related requirements to process for approval to proceed for successful transaction
- Customer Handling and retention services - as we take care of our company's reputation, I have been trained to handle almost all kinds of situation that promises the best experience for our customers when buying the product and practice follow-up standards when the customer avails our product and services.
- Technician - I am responsible to have the product knowledge and specification of the vehicle to show customers that I am reliable and an expert so that I will achieve a good rapport and trust from clients.
