As Virtual Assistant I handle administrative work including Sales, Billing, Payroll and any side project requested by client. My main Job is to make sure that sales are on top each month.

I make all the reports Monthly to yearly for 7 years and make sure that all documents and database are all set.

I handle Inbound,Outbound,emails, chat, recruiting,dispatching and refunds concern of all our customers.

I also assist students for our online training, enrollment, template, licensing, and BOC-3 filling.

I am very organized with the leads and clients information.
