I am a graduate with five years experience working both on the tech and business world. I have worked with Smarter call center as a customer service agent for one and half years till March when we were laid off due to the worldwide pandemic. Previously, I worked with Pathways International as a data analyst and company trainer. I have also worked as an admin, personal assistant and as a sales person. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Database management and data handling tools. I am a good listener, keen to details and work under minimum/no supervision.
