My professional background encompasses various roles, starting with my tenure as a customer service associate in the call center industry. Most recently, I held a position with a US-based shipping container procurement firm, where my duties included coordinating with dispatch personnel, assisting potential clients, managing accounts, and promptly responding to Facebook, email, and SMS inquiries.

Before that, I gained extensive experience in high-volume customer support call centers for a prominent mobile service provider. Throughout my career, I consistently met and exceeded my performance goals and targets.
