With the deep contact-centre experience of more than 10 years. Started as a customer service, to insurance verification agent and a year as technical support, before I got promoted as Quality Assurance Officer and now supervising and managing the QA team.

Although I didn’t have any background with Webhosting when I started with Dreamscape Networks, I have managed to excel and was awarded as Annual 2nd Top Performer in my first year (2016) with them. I am a hard-worker and efficient in what I do and making sure that I was able to give the best in world customer experience, that led me to be promoted to the Quality Assurance Department in less than a year as a customer care/technical support.

Being the head of the QA team now, I always encourage my QA officers to always have a creative mindset. It gives us the ability to approach a problem creatively which for me is the key to be and effective QA.

Finally, I also want to highlight my experience as an insurance verification agent. This job helped me a lot with what I become right now. To be an insurance verification agent, you must be very keen on details, make sure you got the correct information and document it accurately. This helps me now to be an effective and efficient QA as I always be.
