Janine van Zeyl

I have been working in the Hospitality industry for over 16 years, and found my passion in Human Resources at the age of 20. I have worked for Top Wine Estates within the Western Cape, and last year decided to branch out onto my own and assist small businesses create and manage an HR Department. I assist with payroll, retrenchments, Company policies and procedures, contracts, disciplinary issues and performance management. I have a holistic approach when it comes to HR, as I feel that as much as we need to follow the letter of the law, we need to treat our employees as human beings.
