I have worked for several companies here in the Philippines and in UAE. My first job was at a bank, Banco de Oro Universal Bank for which I balances, monitors and reconciles all general ledger accounts in daily operations of Point of Sale (POS) unit. Ensure that all ending balances for the day are properly accounted for.

I was also able to handle accounts receivable and sales transactions of another company, follow up and ensure its collection within reasonable time.

From 2006 to 2013, I worked at Exist Software(Software Development Company) as an Admin Assistant at first, checking and verifying employee's timesheet, make the necessary timesheet entry adjustment when requested by their approving officers. Handles travel arrangements, domestic and international, including flights, hotel accommodation, transfers, travel allowance, visa application (if necessary) and visa extension especially for foreign executives and officers. Soon I became proficient with MS Office and QuickBooks Online and was promoted to Accounting Asst III, mainly handling end-to-end payroll processing of all employees.

I also worked at a start up company in Dubai in 2013, UAE as an Office Administrator for a year. I Maintain QuickBooks accounts, prepares all needed journal entries for the company, handles accounts payables of the company and ensure payment is on schedule, maintain Expense Reporting System, maintain and track physical inventory, responsible for creating Logistics Process Document, manages Petty Cash Fund, responsible for general office maintenance, etc.

After almost year, I then transferred as an Finance Assistant/Executive Assistant for the CEO of Fitch Learning, a financial training company in the Middle East (HQ located in UK), where I maintain summary of Accounts Payables for Dubai office and coordinate with London office for the payment of suppliers and ensure payment is on schedule.

I also handled Accounts Receivable and follow up collection. Reports weekly to London office for all payment receipts and any outstanding ARs that needs to be collected. As an Executive Assistant, I managed diary / arrange meetings for Fitch Learning CEO and create minutes for the meeting when necessary. I also handled the CEO’s travel arrangement during his visit to Fitch regional offices (New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and London).

and assisted in creating board meeting reports and PPT presentations for CEO’s meetings.

Back in PH in 2015, and worked for 3 years as an Accounting Officer for Comworks, a Telco company mainly handling payroll for commissioned based agents of the company.
