I am organized, resourceful , personable and fast learner. I studied in University of San Jose- Recoletos took up Business Administration Major in Finance. I have been in the customer service Industry for 3 years now and its just not my profession, I love doing it, it is my passion. I have this priceless feeling when I give a great customer service to the customers that I worked or talked with and they responded like a thank you or a survey to me that I helped them, customer satisfaction is always my goal in every call. I am very particular with details, I always read and know the things that I supposed to do very carefully. I exhort great effort to excel in the company even it will extend more time than I should have. I am a quick learner and have great interpersonal skills. Recently I worked as a telesales agent in Dyninno for 2 year handling both outbound and inbound calls for customers who are looking for plane tickets. One reason I particularly enjoy this business, and the challenges that go along with it, is the opportunity to connect with people and provide them options, not just buying the ticket but the opportunity for them to be with their loved ones. I am a competitive person and can work under pressure and handle rejections very well and because of that I was awarded as a top 2 agent on my 2nd month working with the company. I am also a former missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints or most common called the Mormons for 2 years and lived with Americans, Australians and new Zealanders. I have have this great English skills and can adjust to any type of person I talked to.
