I’ve been in the Customer Service field for more than four years. I worked with Amazon.com for two years and five months and with AT&T Uverse for one year and eight months. Communication is my passion and I firmly believe in fully comprehending customers’ needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Throughout the years of my experience as a Customer Service Agent I have acquired a lot of skills which makes me a perfect fit in a variety of industries.

I am team player, hard-working, fast learner, flexible, self-motivated, and knowledgable in MS Word and MS Excel. I have excellent communication skills as I already experienced dealing with customers and clients via phone, email and chat. I can learn new things quickly and efficiently. I can work under pressure and I am able to support team goals along with finishing my assigned task in a timely manner which makes me a perfect fit for a multitasking environment.
