I'm a passionate UX/UI Designer with experience in wireframing, UI patterns, and user flows. For the last year, I've worked as a UX designer for projects at CoderHouse, developing tools such as a customizable management system, and applying user-centered design concepts. Everything starts with a problem, that needs to be solved with the right solution.
I have been a customer service rep, and tech support for almost 3 years now, constantly learning new communication skills and also interacting with lots of people. something that I learned that is really important, is to listen. The more information you gather, the more your answer is going to be the right one. That helped me a lot when I had to perform as a problem solver, you know, that angry customer that yells at you. It's basically not what you say, it's how you say it.
