I am a software developer and architect with over 20 years of software development and consulting experience. I have worked on various domains Telecom, Education, finance, technology and Healthcare. I have architected over 100 projects. Please see a list of the projects on https://www.laitkor.com/

I have built an IVR system for Davidson County. New York. I have used Nuance media server, Genesys hardware. The application server is Tomcat and the language is Java Servlets.

I have also built another IVR application that records voice for electronic books and does a playback as WAV files.

I am familiar with the Voxeo platform, VXML, and CCXML  I have also experience with Twilio API for creating IVR apps. I am proficient in C#, PHP, Java, etc.
