I am a graduate of Mass Communication major in Broadcasting and has a technical training in Computer Studies and Computer Hardware Servicing.

I have worked as a virtual assistant for about 2 years at 123 Employee, an elite virtual assistant company, working in various field such as Customer Support via chat and email, Social Media Management, Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing, Email Marketing, WordPress site management, and in Affiliate Marketing.

In terms of internet connectivity, I have subscribed to Fibr connection that is known to be reliable and fast, with an equal upload and download speed of 100mbps, and a back-up connection with a speed of up to 42mbps.
