Jazer Alvarado

Hi. My name is Jazer Alvarado. You can call me J for short. I have 4 years of customer service experience. 3 years taking calls, chats and emails and one year of class facilitation. I started as a customer service representative and eventually I became a product trainer.

In my years of working in the industry, I have dealt with all kinds of responsibilities that allowed me to hone my skills and learn new ones. I know how to use all Microsoft Office tools efficiently - create charts, sheets and presentations. I plan and set meetings for my managers - sending invites to all attendees and making sure everyone is aware of topics discussed prior. I make sure accounts are managed and are all up to date. You name it and I can do it.

Aside from the set of skills I learned, I also managed to acquire soft skills such as working under pressure, adapting to all sorts of changes, positively accepting feedback and use it for my improvement. I also learn fast. I am not easily distracted and I focus on my work when I am on the clock.
