I hold a Philippine and a USA registered nurse license (New Mexico and soon, Maryland) with which I have a year of experience as a medical-surgical nurse in the hospital and a nurse in an occupational health setting. I have a total of 9 years experience in the BPO and customer service industry. Working for health insurance accounts like Cigna and Liberty mutual allowed me to broaden my knowledge on the US healthcare delivery system and my experience working at PayPal gave me a strong foundation on the customer service milieu in the US and Canada. I have been immersed to different Microsoft and other computer applications and have sufficient experience in performance, people and data management.

At the moment, I am working as an occupational health nurse at an office here in Manila. Since we are working virtually, my tasks includes assisting the company doctor during teleconsultations. I am also helping out on administrative tasks, email management, tracking and organization of employee records, health insurance application and medical reimbursements.
