I have more than 10 years of customer service experience and 5 years of working as a Virtual Assistant. I've provided support, both customer service and administrative, to clients from different line of businesses through email, chat, phone and social media.

Working from home has taught me how to learn doing things on my own. I've acquired expertise in using tools needed to perform my job responsibilities such as ms office, google apps, wordpress, infusionsoft, shopify, adobe illustrator and photoshop, and still open to learning new things.

I put importance to reliability and accuracy for my goal is always to create and maintain a positive experience with my employers.
