Played a support role as a quality assurance analyst, doing coaching sessions, imparting my selling techniques and making sure that the services the agents provide are of good quality and in line with the company’s compliance policy. Being said, I am knowledgeable in sales, goal oriented, detail oriented an ultimate team player and a competitive individual. I am a people person. I also have an experience in the food and beverage industry as a marketing associate, organizing events, contacting suppliers for merchandise, planning gimmicks for promotions, looking for other company’s to cross deal with.
