I have 8 years of experience in Customer Service assisting international customers handling technical, retail online,financial and mobility accounts.

I have worked as a personal assistant/secretary in a construction firm which handles admin tasks and setting appointments,. Also, I write follow up e-mails to contractors for the order processed and delivered. I handle phone inquiries and meetings with clients. 

I have also joined a team that handles query for a retail online store, supporting phone, email and chat inquiries for orders placed online. I track and process replacements/refunds for lost orders.

I am currently working as a Quality Assurance Analyst for a pharmaceutical company based in Houston,Texas.

I can do chat, email, phone support, admin tasks and will do everything I can to assist clients. Communication is my passion and I strongly believe that one must learn how to discover and understand customer or clients need in order to attain their satisfaction. I am flexible with different tasks, willing to be trained and be more knowledgeable in order to provide the assistance your customer needed the most. In my years of experience as a Customer Service Agent and Personal Assistant.
