Everyone wants to travel to Disney World, so get to know what is the most appealing to your customer and make sure you can provide this service. I will help you setup your rental agreement, monthly taxes, pay invoices, find the right property manger, obtain a good cleaning crew and produce monthly status reports for your new business. I will help you create welcome booklets for guests, which will help them navigate the area around your rental property. I will help you set monthly, weekly or nightly rates that are inline with other rental properties in the area. I will help you advertise special events (football games) and seasonal interests (Thanksgiving Day parades). The goal is to attract as much interest as possible and host repeat guests.
