I have a lot of experiences being a customer service representative. My first work was at Telstra, a telecommunications company in Australia and aside from receiving calls, I am also handling back office and emails support too for almost 3 years. I was also a financial associate with Synchrony Bank, the largest provider of Private label credit cards in the US. I have stayed with the company for more than three years. I have been also an insurance representative for almost a year with Asurion where we file a claim for damaged/malfuntioning/lost/stolen devices for Sprint customers. I was also promoted as a sales coach for an America satellite radio company named SiriusXM radio and I also have stayed almost 3 years with them. I would say that persuading people and adding value to the product is I guess the secret of becoming a topnotch agent when it comes to selling. And now I am working with Paypal, the most trusted payment processor in the US.
