From my previous job I was an Operations, Flex - supervisor but before that I was a customer service representative. Being a customer service representative I need to be in touch with different people having different personality every day. With that being said, I have the experience of communicating and interacting with a lot of people from all around the world so it'll be easier for me to face more people ahead specially when I posses the skills of being an active listener, creative, communicates well , friendly and I know the true meaning of Empathy.
