I have almost 12 years of customer service experience. I'm well versed when it comes to handling difficult customers, building rapport, up-selling, collection, and retention. I was a trainer for almost 6 years training new hires regarding customer service, tech support and handling VIP clients.

I acquired skills that are really suitable for VA work. As a trainer, I've learned how to learn new stuff in a very short period of time and teach those learnings to new hires.
