I worked for 6 months in Get it Done Outsourcing as Website administrator, social media management and marketing, facebook advertising, email marketing, blog posting, basic HTML and CSS website programming, online research, basic graphics design using Canva, administrative tasks.

I also worked for 17 months as payroll Assistant in an office based company here in the philippines and my duties and responsibilities includes Encoding associates daily manhour to wageforms, computing daily rate, encoding and computing mandatory benefits, monitoring 13th month pay, coordinating local branches concerns to headoffice, and assisting associates other salary concern, computing backpay, assist billing department.

But before that I’ve been working as administrative assistant for 20 months in an office based company also here in the phillipines. And my task back then was monitoring and preparing payables and collections, timekeeping and computing salaries and benefits of the store crew, preparing purchase orders and payment, monitoring sales, expenses and purchases, monitoring monthly bills and government bills, conduct inventories of stocks, conducting orientation for newly hired crews.
