As a senior support my tasks is to take sup calls, assist agent inquiries, evaluate calls, first call resolution deepdive and provide feedback and coaching based on analysis.

I have 10 years of experience as a chat support representative from a reputable bpo company whose main support is to provide customer with technical assistance for their home alarm issues.
