I am Jennifer Sy is a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service and managing other's businesses. I am currently working in a BPO company for more than 5 years handling Insurance account for US clients.

I am a quick learner who is not afraid to take on new challenges. I have a positive attitude and strong work ethic and an attitude of "I will and I can". I am committed to excellence and is always seeking ways to improve myself both personally and professionally.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling whenever I can, trying new foods, and spending time with family and friends. SI am excited to see what the future holds and is eager to make a positive impact in the world of Freelancing/Virtual Assistant.
