Hi, Im Jenny. I've been a Virtual Agent for more than 6 years now. Mostly I've worked as a customer service agent for an Online Shopping Company and a Debit card company. I developed a good communications skills and build interpersonal skills over the years. Being a customer service agent I have learned to build rapport and to be patient as most callers have issues or problems they need to help them resolve it that's why they call you.

I have developed an exceptional listening skills which is very important in this industry. Lots of customer just really needs someone that listens to their problem or issues. Someone that understand them. Shows them empathy and sympathy.

I have varied Virtual Agent experience. I have also work as a 5 days bucket collector for a credit card company. It taught me new things and gave me a totally different experience from being a customer service agent. Being a collector you have to be persuasive and firm with your words which is exactly opposite of being a customer service agent.

Recently I have experience to be a Virtual Sales Agent. It's refreshing as I have never been to selling before. I have learned that listening to people will give you direct answer on what they want and needs therefore you are able to sell to them and help them at the same time.

When Im not being a Virtual Agent, I like to hang out at home, sleep, read books and listen to music.
