During this training I learned about content creation and posts scheduling, social media marketing, chatbot and customer support, plan and create a process flow, improve customer experience, and generate leads and sales.

In addition, as a teacher by profession who handles the school’s ICT section, I have experienced communicating and relationship building with people and stakeholders using email, Facebook, and other modalities. Likewise, I am proficient in using MS Office Applications, Google Tools and OERs.  I am also skilled in conducting research and utilizing data gathered for Intangible and tangible results.
