Prior to this job , I was a sales representative/ customer service representative in BPO for almost 3 years serving American clients. I answer high volume of incoming calls and convert opportunity to sales. I resolve product or service problems; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution, all via email and calls.
