I have been in BPO industry for 7 years. I was part of the Back Office Team handling emails and as chat support. I was also tasked to do outbound calls to talk to Merchant and Clients. I am expert in handling the Zendesk tool for creating tickets and solve them in a timely manner. I was once tasked to assist agents as a Subject Matter Expert of a financial account specifically a prepaid debit card. I was once a part of a team wherein we do troubleshooting and help customers resolve their computer technical issues.
I believe that having positive attitude, and other essential skills like attentiveness, calmness, persuasiveness, time management and patience will make me succeed in this kind of industry.
