I also had 5 months of experience as a Customer Service Operation Assistant during my internship in Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company where I provide phone support and help assist the supervisor on day-to-day operations.

I've been also an Appointment Setter for 6 months where we help the clients by calling and providing a product or service that the company offers. Gauging their interest and determining how interested they may be in our product or service.

I'm passionate, optimistic, hard-working, and can work under minimal supervision.
