Virtual Assistant - I’ve been working as a virtual assistant for almost 2 years now for different clients. I’m in charge of setting an appointment, Calendar management, email management, creating a travel itinerary, making sure the deadline is met before due dates and meetings are set at least 1 hour before the scheduled time.

Social Media Management - I’m in charge of the day to day posting and content creation, making sure that I make a posting that is engaging to the audience, copywriting, scheduling post thru buffer, Hootsuite, meet Edgar and other social media scheduling platform, driving organic traffic to my clients' page.

Customer service - I’ve worked as a customer service representative for almost 8 years in a BPO company, I made sure that customers are given the proper resolution and making sure that extra mile is given to them and ensuring the quality service they deserved.
