I have been a Customer Service Representative for 10 years. 6 years in Amusement park and have been a Redemption Officer for 4 years of that Company that includes data encoding of all the prizes including barcode printing. 4 years as a Call Center Agent in a Travel account: 2 years in Leisure account and 2 years in a Corporate Account which includes booking tickets, modification of flights/car and hotel and ticketing process. I am a professional Customer Service Representative and has a lot of experience in handling different types of guest especially VIP's and also can work under pressure. I can also communicate through chat and email with my experience on the corporate account. I can handle all types of services because I believe that all types of jobs can be learned with proper training or a guide that helps an employee to understand and apply the standards and workaround on every job order.
