I am a previous customer service representative in the BPO industry for almost three years. I am well-experienced in handling customers' accounts and I was once awarded as a top agent of the team. In that almost three year of experience, I handled different kinds of customers and it was quite challenging for me but at the same time, it was a great experience because it helped me to develop skills that I thought I don't have. One of the skills that I have learned while working in that industry that I am very proud of, that is being flexible and can multi-task, because while assisting customers I need as well to document their concerns while listening to them and at the same time checking their accounts. That also enhances my verbal communication and non-verbal communication skill. Other than that, these are some skills that also speak more about myself ;

These four skills are something that I bring in everything I do. I am the kind of person that sets a goal for myself and always looks forward to achieving that goal. I am passionate about my work and do my very best in everything I do. I am dedicated. I embraced any feedback about me, positive or negative. I am willing to learn more and I consider myself a fast learner.

My friends say I'm outspoken and witty since I'm always cracking jokes that don't hurt anyone. I love traveling and exploring new places, but I am a beach person who feels at ease and peace whenever I am there. I enjoy cooking for my family whenever I have free time at home. I also love to binge-watch Korean dramas and some Western series.
