I worked as a Laboratory Assistant to practice my degree and I was trained to become the efficient and reliable laboratory expert. I perform laboratory tests, experiments, and analysis of the test results. We do team huddles. We visit our client's plating plant's to provide technical assistance. I assist customer's product inquiries, giving out a better recommendation and technical assistance on call. After practicing my degree I decided to move to BPO industry. I worked as a customer service representative and cross-trained as technical support tier 2 with Startek Philippines. I worked as a Retention Specialist with HP. my work experience is a proof that I'm reliable and efficient worker. I worked hard and very passionate about it. My experience helps me develop to become a good communicator which I believe is a very important part of business relationships. Helps me develop to become resilient, flexible, responsible,attention to detail, and to work multi-task. I am good with MS office, computer savvy, researcher and I can work under a minimal supervision and a team player. I am a quick learner and eager to learn new things.
